Looks like the Lamborghini Huracan Performante Spyder has been all-but confirmed thanks to this customer car render.
Last year, the reveal of the Lamborghini Huracan Performante made headlines after it . And now it’s looking likely that the hardcore supercar will drop its top at this year’s Geneva Motor Show in March. While nothing official has been announced yet, has posted a render showing what it claims is a custom order of a Huracan Performante Spyder, submitted to Lamborghini’s Ad Personam program.
Effectively, we’ve been given a preview of the Lamborghini Huracan Performante Spyder and its custom options long before any official teaser campaigns have begun. “Hours and hours of collaborating has gone into this spec which has been submitted to Lamborghini’s Ad Personam program earlier this week,” wrote on Facebook. “Lamborghini doesn’t have official images of this car yet, but I worked some magic to create some for this project. Can’t wait for more updates.” Given that the fixed roof Huracan Performante made its public debut at Geneva last year, it’s logical to assume that its Spyder sibling will be shown for the first time at this year’s show.
The render shows the roofless Huracan Performante finished in green with the model’s signature Tricolore stripes on the sides in the colors of the Italian flag and two additional white stripes draping down the hood to match the white soft top. Both the rear bumper and diffuser are also finished in matching green. The interior is just as striking, two-tone white and green leather complemented with carbon fiber and Alcantara. Like its coupe counterpart, the Huracan Performante Spyder will be powered by a 5.2-liter V10 that produces 630 hp. Last year, a testing at Gardone Riviera, Italy, so this render all-but confirms that a Spyder variant of the Huracan Performante is coming.
