Japanese tuner Liberty Walk has set its sights on the Acura NSX.
Japanese tuner Liberty Walk is notorious with results that are, shall we say, . Translation: They’re not what you would call subtle. Having recently at this year’s Tokyo Auto Salon, it comes as no surprise to find that Liberty Walk already has its sights set on its next project, the Acura NSX. New renders suggest that the NSX will get the full “LB Works” treatment.
That means obligatory wide body kit, side skirts, front and rear diffusers and wheel arch extensions. Oh, and a ridiculous rear wing, because no Liberty Walk job is complete without one. The project is currently under development, but you can probably expect the components to be made from FRP or CERP which won’t come cheap. Going from previous Liberty Walk makeovers it's a lock that a new exhaust system, lowered suspension and larger rims will round off the list of modifications. Like we said, it’s . As with all of Liberty Walk’s creations, changes are purely cosmetic. You’ll still find the same 3.5-liter, twin-turbo V6 delivering 573 horsepower combined with three motors powering the NSX.
Opinions seem to be divided , but we must admit we can't help but like the added aggression in Liberty Walk’s version. Do you think Liberty Walk’s latest tuning job is a work of auto art or an atrocity?
